This policy explains what information GreenWeek ("we", "us") collects, why, and how it is handled. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. What we collect
Waitlist: your email address, when you submit it on our website.
Account data (when the product launches): your name, email, company name, and the business data you enter into the Service — such as customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and schedules ("Customer Data").
Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and to keep the Service running.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service — generating schedules from the data you enter.
To contact you about early access, your account, or important changes to the Service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or your Customer Data to anyone.
3. Customer Data belongs to you
The customer records you enter are yours. We access them only to operate the Service, and we act as a service provider on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to store your customers' details in the Service. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
4. Service providers we rely on
Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
Formspree — waitlist form processing (receives the email you submit).
Stripe (when payments launch) — payment processing. We never see or store your full card number.
Advertising platforms (such as Meta) may set cookies if you arrive via an ad; see their policies for details.
5. Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). If you delete your account, your Customer Data is deleted from production systems within 30 days.
6. Your rights
We comply with Canada's PIPEDA. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights (such as the EU/GDPR or California/CCPA), we will honour those requests too.
